We were on April 8th. there. The spaghetti ice cream was half frozen and the straggiatella contained thick chunks of chocolate. At our notice, a responsible person was brought in, who was immediately dismissive and aggressive. He's been processing the ice cream like this for seventeen years and if we don't like it, we should go somewhere else. We found his behavior to be outrageous, especially since a sign is posted on which criticism is expressly desired. Customer loyalty looks different, especially in the current general situation. In any case, we will follow his "advice" and avoid this business in the future. Zero stars for this appearance, which is certainly not to be excused with overload in corona times.
